We media operation marketing manager
1 Job responsibilities
(1) We media platform operation, relying onxiaohongshu, instagram, tiktok, youtube, Facebook and other self owned,article, short video, knowledge-based we media platforms, publishing operationcontents and marketing activities related to products and brands, spreadingproducts and brands, attracting potential users, transforming brand fans andintroducing official self owned platforms;
(2) External media platform promotion,product and brand communication through external news portal, traditional papermedia and TV media, release operation content and marketing activities,transform brand fans and introduce official self owned platforms;
(3) Create communication content, createcommunication content in the dimensions of product introduction, brandpackaging, knowledge popularization, industry literacy and marketingactivities, and use it for the content output of self media platform andexternal media platform;
(4) Be responsible for content creation,activity promotion, soft text writing, etc. of each section of each onlineplatform, plan and implement hot topics and online marketing activities of ourmedia, and implement and evaluate the effect;
(5) Be responsible for mining and analyzingthe needs of fans, understanding and analyzing the needs, emotions andexperience of users in combination with the characteristics of private brandsand products, so as to improve the activity of users and the number andstickiness of fans;
(6) According to the target customer group,build the portrait of the target group and accurately push the articles thatthe target customers like and are interested in.
(7) Assist the superior leaders to completethe relevant affairs assigned (sorting and maintenance of resources,cooperation with external activities, etc.).
Management Optimization:
(1) According to the relevant businessprocesses and assessment standards of we media operation business, carry out wemedia operation, feed back the operation effect, optimize the business andrealize business iteration;
(2) Regularly report the work progress andachievement data according to the work plan of we media operation business, andput forward optimization suggestions;
(3) Establish the self media operationknowledge base system for the self media operation business line, andcontinuously optimize and improve it with the business promotion;
Background:
(1) At least 3 years working experience inwe media operation, working experience in well-known products on largeplatforms is preferred;
(2) Have their own experience in theoperation of Internet we media, and be able to formulate correspondingoperation strategies in combination with product attributes and target users;
(3) Have relevant working experience increating communication content, and have certain copywriting editing skills;
(4) Familiar with the use process of majorwe media platforms and common software tools for we media operation;
Competence:
(1) Pay attention to details and beresponsible for results, and have strong work execution, communication andcoordination skills;
(2) Familiar with internet we mediaoperation related industry knowledge;
(3) Result oriented and strong sense ofresponsibility.
Skills: proficient in using computer offcieand other daily office software, summarize and express skills
自媒体运营的市场部经理业务推进:
一、岗位职责
(1)自媒体平台运营,依托小红书,Instagram, TikTok, YouTube ,Facebook等自有、文章、短视频、知识类自媒体平台,发布与产品及品牌相关的运营内容及营销活动,进行产品及品牌传播,吸引潜在用户,转化品牌粉丝,引入官方自有平台;
(2)外部媒体平台推广,通过外部新闻门户、传统纸媒及电视媒体,进行产品及品牌传播,发布运营内容及营销活动,转化品牌粉丝,引入官方自有平台;
(3)创制传播内容,在产品介绍、品牌包装、知识普及、行业扫盲、营销活动等维度进行传播内容创制,用于自媒体平台及外部媒体平台的内容输出;
(4)负责线上各平台各板块的内容创作、活动推广软文撰写等,策划并执行自媒体热门话题和线上营销活动,实施并评估效果;
(5)负责挖掘分析粉丝需求,结合自有品牌品牌特性和产品特点,了解分析用户需求、情感及体验感受,提升用户活跃度,粉丝数量与粘性;
(6)根据目标客户群体,构建目标人群画像,精准推送目标客户喜欢和感兴趣的文章。
(7)协助上级领导完成交办的相关事务(资源的归整、维护,外部活动的配合等)。
管理优化:
(1)针对自媒体运营业务相关业务流程及考核标准,开展自媒体运营,同时反馈运营效果,进行业务优化,实现业务迭代;
(2)根据自媒体运营业务工作计划,定期汇报工作进度及成果数据,并提出优化建议;
(3)针对自媒体运营业务线条建立自媒体运营知识库体系,并随业务推进不断优化完善;
工作经验:
(1)3年以上自媒体运营相关工作经验,有大平台知名产品工作经验为佳;
(2)对互联网自媒体运营工作有自己的心得体会,并能结合产品属性与目标用户制定相应运营策略;
(3)有创制传播内容相关工作经验,具备一定文案编辑功底;
(4)熟悉各大自媒体平台使用流程,熟悉自媒体运营常用软件工具;
能力素质:
(1)注重细节和对结果负责,具备较强的工作执行力和沟通协调能力;
(2)熟悉互联网自媒体运营相关行业知识;
(3)结果导向、责任心强。
技能技巧:熟练使用计算机OFFCIE等日常办公软件,总结表达能力
