Job Description:
· Process orders into U9, handle end to end order processing i.e. fromorder entry to invoicing; · Execute and manage order processing transactions accurately, in a timely mannerfrom order entry to delivery commitment to customers. · Accounts & backlogs management, proactively communicatechanges/delays and make known to internal partners for alternative optionwhenever possible to mitigate escalation due to shipping delays · Handle customer complaints and satisfy customer requirement · Assist in processing warranty and claims · Work with Finance on AR issues & follow up when needed.
Job Requirements:
· Min Diploma qualification in Sales& Marketing, Supplier Chain Logistics etc. · Min. 1 year Experience in industrialcustomer service; · Engineering back ground is preferred · Independent, self-motivated, takeinitiative to finish jobs according to instruction; · Team work; Integrity and responsiblepersonality; · Bilingual in English and Chinese; · Able to commence immediately or onshort notice · Fresh graduates are welcome
