I'm a international visiting student studying in Singapore. Because of the China bank's policy, every Chinese people abroad can not get out cash more than 0.1 millions RMB (equivalent values, as 20 thousands S$) with their credit or debate cards from overseas' ATM machines. So, if you get out cash over that, all your debat or credit cards will be stoped the cash withdrawal from overseas' ATMs.  Now, I want to find someone friendly who can help me get out some cash from ATMs using his or her card when he or she want to buy something outside.
